Its the perfect addition for your Steakmate barbecue as it instantly transforms it into a griddle. Please note that if using griddles for pancakes we highly recommend renting a full griddle unit over a griddle top as regulating the temperature on a barbecue to cook evenly on a griddle top can be challenging for a first time user.

The stacked design and 84 plate capacity makes quick work of moving entrees from prep area to guests without the need for multiple trips with conventional carts.
