The stainless steel constructed pyramid houses a shatter-proof Borosilicate glass tube that facilitates 360 degrees distribution of heat, capable of withstanding extremely high temperatures. Surrounding the tube is a steel grill that puts a safe distance between you and the flame. The unit has an easy start ignition, and runs approximately 12 hours on a 20 lb. propane tank.
